IHG Acquires Six Senses Lifestyle Brand

Global hospitality group InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has acquired Six Senses Hotels, Resorts and Spas from Pegasus Capital.

The deal is valued at USD300 million.

Six Senses currently manages 16 properties, with a pipeline of 18 upcoming projects.

For IHG, the boutigue chain brings a strong wellness and sustainability brand as well as a demonstrated hotel residences profile.
